Juno has been proud to work with both Additional Lengths and their B2B counterpart, Remi Cachet, to enhance their online presence and drive success in distinct markets. While Additional Lengths focuses on the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market, offering premium hair extensions and accessories to individuals, Remi Cachet serves as the B2B arm of the brand, catering specifically to professional stylists and salons. After successfully launching a new website for Additional Lengths, we shifted our focus to Remi Cachet, ensuring their platform was optimised for the unique needs of B2B customers. 

 

Remi Cachet partnered with Juno to transform their Shopify storefront and UX, launching a new B2B site on Shopify Plus 2.0. The project aimed to create a more dynamic, user-friendly experience for professional customers, introducing advanced features such as trade login and personalised content, helping to drive further growth and customer engagement.

Creating a Luxury Experience for a Luxury B2B Brand


Remi Cachet, a leading provider of premium hair extensions, partnered with Juno to build and optimise their new B2B eCommerce platform on Shopify Plus 2.0 Their previous Shopify storefront operated on an outdated stack and codebase, which hindered scalability and didn’t follow best practices, ultimately impacting the brand’s ability to meet the evolving needs of both their B2B customers and internal stakeholders.

Our services included the design and development of a site using our Core Framework, tailored to meet the specific needs of their customers, with key functionalities including the implementation of a trade login option and the ability to display different content based on customer login status. 

Our strategy centred on creating a seamless and efficient user experience for Remi Cachet's B2B clients. By providing a specialised login for trade customers, we enabled access to exclusive content, pricing, and product offerings, thereby enhancing the value and convenience for their professional clientele.   

This approach aimed to foster stronger relationships with trade customers, encouraging repeat business and long-term loyalty. 

 To support Remi Cachet's growth, we also established a retainer agreement, ensuring continuous optimisation and scalability as their business evolves. This ongoing support allows for regular updates, feature enhancements, and responsive adjustments based on user feedback and market trends. 

The Solution

Juno designed, developed and launched a fully customised B2B platform on Shopify Plus 2.0 using our Core Framework as its base, for an efficient and agile delivery, with performance and SEO’s best practices in mind. 

We focused on enhancing the customer experience with a seamless trade registration process and login system, enabling professional customers to access exclusive content, pricing, and product offerings tailored to their needs. 

Dynamic content was integrated to provide personalised experiences based on login status, ensuring trade customers saw relevant information and offers to improve engagement. 

To enhance user navigation and encourage repeat business, the site’s design prioritised intuitive product categorisation, streamlined navigation, and a simplified checkout process. These innovations significantly reduced friction and made purchasing smoother for trade customers.

This recognition highlights the successful partnership between Remi Cachet and Juno, which transformed the brand's B2B platform with custom features designed to enhance user experience and streamline the purchasing process for professional customers. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, the new website showcases the exceptional quality and service that Remi Cachet provides to its professional clientele, driving the brand's continued success in the beauty industry.

The Results

The launch of Remi Cachet's new B2B site on Shopify Plus 2.0 has yielded impressive results, significantly boosting their business performance and user engagement. 

There has been a 22% increase in total sales, demonstrating the effectiveness of the new platform in driving revenue growth, while the 21% growth in online store sessions speak towards higher traffic and greater interest from trade customers. 

A 5% boost in the online store conversion rate highlights the improved user experience and streamlined purchasing process and the 15% increase in total orders reflects the success of our efforts to enhance the customer journey and encourage repeat purchases.  

The average order value saw a 7% boost, showcasing the site's ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products to trade customers.
